How a recruitment & selection process works.

Intake & briefing

Our process begins with an in-depth conversation about your organization, the role and the context around it. Not just the job requirements, but also the team dynamics, the culture and what success looks like in the long term. We ask the questions others don't.

Profile & search

Based on the intake we draw up a sharp profile and search deliberately. No database search. We approach candidates personally, with a message tailored to who they are and what the role requires.

Shortlist & presentation

You receive a well-reasoned shortlist of two to three candidates. For each candidate a clear rationale: why this person fits the role, your organization and your culture.

Guiding the selection process

We guide the interview programme and actively contribute on assessment, reference checks and employment terms. You always have a direct point of contact and feedback after every interview.

Placement & contracting

After a successful offer we support the contract phase and the onboarding. We make sure the start goes smoothly for both sides.

Aftercare

We proactively check in regularly. How is the new employee doing? What's going well and what needs attention? We're available for any questions and stay involved for as long as needed.

How an interim process works.

Intake & Wet DBA check

We start with a quick but thorough intake of the assignment: scope, duration, required level of expertise and start date. At the same time we assess together whether the assignment fits within the frameworks of the Wet DBA, so that you as a client are legally protected before the process begins.

Sourcing (24-48 hours)

We immediately search our active network of available interim professionals. Only profiles that match on substance, availability and rate are selected and assessed further.

Proposal & presentation

You receive a selection of two to three candidates with a complete profile: relevant assignments, availability and rate. For each candidate, our reasoning for the match. Ready to use for your decision.

Introduction & selection

One conversation is enough for most interim roles. We safeguard the speed of the process, coordinate the scheduling and make sure you can act quickly.

Contracting (Wet DBA compliant)

Once agreed, we arrange a correct and complete contractual settlement that meets the requirements of the Wet DBA. Clear agreements on scope, rate, duration and liability. No hidden risks for you as a client.

Assignment support

During the assignment we are the point of contact for both you and the interim professional. We proactively think along about extensions or scope adjustments and ensure a smooth conclusion at the end of the assignment.
