Our story

RIXT.IT was born from a simple conviction: IT recruitment can be better. Not by sending more candidates, but by making better choices possible.

Too often we see the same pattern: candidates treated as profiles and matches that look right on paper but don't work in practice. That's why we chose a different approach. Small-scale, substantive and selective. Today we work across nine specializations, from IT professionals to boardroom level, with one clear focus: the right person in the right place, with long-term impact.
