Modern Workspace Engineer

As Modern Workplace Engineer, you are responsible for designing, managing, and optimising the digital workplace for hundreds of end users. You ensure that colleagues can work safely, efficiently, and without disruptions, regardless of their location.

You will have plenty of room to implement improvements, introduce new technologies, and actively contribute to the organisation's ongoing digitalisation.

What will you be doing?

• Managing, optimising, and further developing the Microsoft 365 environment
• Responsible for Windows 11, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
• Maintaining and optimising the hybrid Microsoft infrastructure
• Resolving complex incidents and structural issues
• Implementing new workplace solutions and security measures
• Contributing to projects around digitalisation and modern workplace innovation
• Collaborating with colleagues across infrastructure, security, and support
• Sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues with technical questions

What do you bring?

• HBO level of thinking and working in IT
• At least 4 years of experience as a Modern Workplace Engineer, Microsoft 365 Engineer, or similar role
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Defender, and Entra ID
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and PowerShell
• Affinity with network and infrastructure management
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills

Certifications such as MD-102 and MS-102 are a welcome advantage.
