Application Manager

As Application Manager, you are responsible for the management, optimisation, and further development of the CRM landscape. You liaise daily with users, colleagues, and suppliers, and ensure that systems are optimally aligned with the needs of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising the CRM platform and its integrations
• Translating user requirements into practical and future-proof solutions
• Identifying opportunities for improvement within processes and systems
• Documenting configurations, changes, and working methods
• Supporting digitalisation and improvement projects
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

• HBO level of thinking and working
• At least 5 years of experience with business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, AFAS, or Exact
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware
• Affinity with cloud environments (Azure is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
