About the Assignment

RIXT.IT is currently supporting a leading international organization in strengthening its Global Cybersecurity team. As part of the launch of a large-scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program, we are looking for an experienced IAM Analyst.

This program focuses on standardizing and automating identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) across 40+ operating companies, covering both employees and external workforce populations.

You will join during the critical design, build, and deployment phases, playing a key role in bridging business requirements and technical implementation in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Your Role

As an IAM Analyst, you act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You translate IAM and data requirements into scalable, structured solutions and contribute to a data-driven identity governance framework.

You will collaborate closely with Cybersecurity, HR, Workplace, and IT Service Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Requirements & Functional Design

• Gather, analyze, and document IAM and data requirements across Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, including ServiceNow workflows and order guides
• Define data models, business rules, and data quality controls
• Contribute to architecture design and target operating model

🔹 Data Analysis, KPIs & Reporting

• Design and maintain KPI frameworks for identity governance
• Analyze identity data (e.g. orphaned accounts, data completeness, provisioning performance)
• Develop dashboards and reporting (Power BI) for senior stakeholders and steering committees

🔹 Adoption & Rollout

• Conduct readiness assessments across international entities
• Support rollout waves, hypercare phases, and adoption tracking
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement actions

🔹 Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define and coordinate UAT test scenarios
• Validate end-to-end IAM workflows and automation against SLA targets

🔹 Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with IAM architects, specialists, ServiceNow experts, and business teams
• Provide clear documentation and insights for governance and decision-making

Your Profile

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within IAM / IGA programs
• Strong understanding of:
• Identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID
• ServiceNow
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Power BI, Excel)
• Solid experience in requirements engineering and functional specification writing
• Ability to leverage AI tools for generating test data, code, and analysis acceleration
• Excellent communication skills in French and English

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience in international, decentralized organizations
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001)
• Background in cybersecurity or identity transformation programs
