Manager IT Operations

For an international organisation operating across multiple European countries, we are looking for an ICT Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and further developing the IT environment for 100+ workplaces and users spread across Europe.

You will serve as the central point of contact for IT within the organisation and work closely with the business and external IT partners to ensure a stable, secure, and future-proof IT environment. In addition, you will play a key role in leading the migration to Microsoft Business Central, translating business needs into practical IT solutions.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinating daily IT operations for 100+ users across multiple European locations
• Serving as the central point of contact for IT within the organisation
• Managing and coordinating external IT partners and suppliers
• Managing and improving IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
• Leading the ERP migration to Microsoft Business Central
• Translating business needs into IT solutions
• Coordinating IT projects and monitoring planning and priorities
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of digitalisation and automation

What do you bring?

• HBO or university level of thinking and working in IT / Computer Science
• Experience with ERP systems is a must
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a strong advantage
• Experience with Navision / Dynamics NAV is a plus but not required
• Experience with IT infrastructure, application management, and IT support
• Experience coordinating IT projects or implementations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English
